Sabrina T Dec. 5, 2007 Phone Home, Persephone by Kate McMullan
Do you actually believe Zeus? He is a big Myth-O-Maniac(aka Big Fat Liar). Hades did NOT kidnap Persephone. Persephone wanted to come all by herself. And then got a little attached. It also tells of how they got married. And I don't mean the actual ceremonie, I mean why Hades proposed. It is a very funny book and I reccomend it to everyone. Even adults who need a little laugh. Hades also wrote a few more books, like Have a Hot time, Hades and another favorite, Stop that Bull, Theseus!

In the world where Jonas lives in, the war, poverty, unemployment and divorce do not exist. Nonetheless does the inequalities, disobediency and revolt. Throughout Jonas' life, harmony has reigned most of it. However, only one person in his community detains the veritable knowledge of the worls: he is the depositor of memories. He alone nows how was the world before, when animals were still alive and when technology was limited.
Jonas still doesn't know that he is unique. an extraordinary future awaits him,a fututre in which he can be destroyed...
This book is reccommended to all readers. It is inspirational and motivating, it gives the reader a sense of the human philosophy.
